Michelle Kudlats became a part of Neinstein Personal Injury Lawyers in the summertime of 2009. She was a summer student but now practicing as a lawyer with a specialization in injury law. She is a graduate of the University of Western Ontario and was called to bar in 2011. Her areas of experience consist of personal injury, work law, insurance policy disagreements, and occupier's liability. She stood for clients in various courts, including the Superior Court of Justice, Social Benefits Tribunals, Small Claims Court, and the Bankruptcy Courts. Kudlats actively participates in different campaignings for and worthy causes. She started developing her campaigning for abilities at the University of Western Ontario, participating in Moot competitions like the Hicks Morely Labour Law and Employment Moot and the European Law Moot Court Competition, which are both worldwide advocacy competitors. Michelle Kudlats obtained her Honours B.A. in government from the University of Western Ontario with a concentrate on the judicial system, public law, and also social justice. Her clients see her as a kind, accommodating, personalized, as well as professional. Michelle deals with every case she handles as something personal.
